Manor Crest Management Ltd. performs asset and physical management of high-rise, low-rise, townhome, loft condominiums, and shared facilities within the G.T.A. When we assume new management of a client, we are vigilant in ensuring business development does not diminish our ability to nurture client comfort and enhance real estate values within the property.

With an evolving client base, we have adapted to all facets and requisites of condominium administration, staff supervision, contract negotiation, investment counseling, common element maintenance, resident relations, and resolution of performance audits. The phalanx of services we offer is founded upon expertise that has evolved over a 29-year tenure strictly in condominium management, bolstering our strength in the administration of both new and mature condominiums.

What We Do

We manage the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of high-rise, low-rise, townhome, and loft condominium corporations as well as the shared facilities of the condominium corporations within the Greater Toronto Area. We ensure that each property we manage is maintained to the highest standard. We employ professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff that cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Boards of Directors, committee members, condominium residents, and a select number of reliable trade contractors.

Our new team is committed to regular community visits to support our Managers and our sites to ensure all your needs are being met and exceeded, Our work family consists of a team of professionals with a combined Management expertise of over 85 years. We are investing in our employees including improved benefits packages for our staff, equipment, head office, and CPA accountant oversight of financial statements to assist our in-house accounting team to better serve our communities.

Corporate Profile

Manor Crest Management Ltd. (also known as MCM), is a premium property management firm specializing exclusively in the care of upscale condominiums across the Greater Toronto Area. We are also a proud corporate member of ACMO in good standing. MCM is a privately owned company that was incorporated in 1993 and has provided a broad range of management services for new and matured condominium properties as well as shared facility entities. We pride ourselves on our boutique style of management that allows the Board to have direct access to the principals of the firm: there are no multi-layers of hierarchy. MCM provides 24-hour emergency response services directly through the assigned property manager for the building, with executive staff as a secondary and tertiary response, thus allowing guaranteed response for all emergencies.

Company Portfolio

The corporations we manage age between 6 and 32 years. However, it is our belief that all buildings we manage, regardless of size or age, require the same care, attention, and upholding of corporation declaration, by-laws, rules, and resident concerns, not to mention staffing and trade supervision.

During our twenty-nine (29) years of property management services, we continuously experience successful turnovers from all incumbent property management companies. We attribute this success to our philosophy that a change in management is a milestone in our client’s future vision, which in turn deserves the direct engagement of one of the firm’s principals in the turnover of the corporation’s documents as well as documenting specifically, in detail, all documents provided to us. We take pride in the fact that we will exhaust whatever time is required to review and document, in detail, all files transferred to us, to ensure our client’s best interests are upheld.
